When you go to upgrade or downgrade, the form auto-populates a list minus the actual package you are on. Despite the amount of resold accounts I have, I can never remember which plan the site is on, and upgrading or downgrading requires me to load several of your pages and check back to see if they are on a trailblazer or a voyager... no idea.
A suggestion:
Instead of removing the current plan from the drop down menu, why not leave it present (but unselectable and make it BOLD? That way, when I use the pull down menu, and I know I want to upgrade, it is quite simple.
Thank you for your consideration.

Evie,
Sheila will have to address this but she is not scheduled for duty again until tomorrow afternoon but I am sure she will address this by then if not sooner :)

We can certainly add the current package on to the page. That would be fairly quick and easy. Would that resolve the issue for you?

It would really help if it is bolded or has a dash or a asterik in front of it.

I'm sorry, my question wasn't clear. I wasn't meaning to (necessarily) include the current package level in the drop-down list (which would be more complicated if not allowed to select).
What I was meaning was to simply, somewhere near the top of the page or above the drop-down list display the current package level.
Would that meet your needs?

FQ packages are not easily recognizable as tiered... it's hard to remember which is bigger or smaller based on their names. Often I get an email letting me know that a client has gone over their alloted disk space. I want to upgrade, so I go to questadmin. Once there, I realize that I have no idea which package would be an upgrade. Perhaps you would include the package in the drop down list, and instead of not allowing a selection physically, perhaps you could use an error message upon submit "You have not selected a new package" or "You selected the same package you already had".
I'm sure you can figure it out now that I have explained the issue better.
Basically, I think you should include the current package in the drop down menu. If you can, at least bold it. If someone selects it, give them a helpful error message.

Something that would be nice is to include the disk space each package has as that is tiered.

OK, thanks for the additional feedback. We've added this to the request-list and will try to get something out there in the near future...

I agree with el tigre. :yeah: Maybe in addition to the name of the package, show it's most critical features. Hei, it's Christmas--we get to wish, don't we?
