CNC problem

when i try to edit a file using File Manager on CNC, i am getting this:

Server Guardian has disabled CGI processing due to an overload condition
CGI processing will be re-enabled within 2 minutes

note: i got the above message, then briefly had access, then got that message again.

The SAMSON server is experiencing some elevated loads that the technicians are looking into at this time, if the domain in question is on the SAMSON server then that would be the problem.

it is working again but perhaps it is indicative that something is reaching a thresh-hold or something like that?
