domain authorization after already logged in

I am ready to blow something up. I have successfully entered CNC to change an e-mail password, and it has prompted me for domain authorization password to change the e-mail address password and the DOMAIN PASSWORD IS REJECTED, AFTER I'D JUST USE THE EXACT SAME ONE TO GET INTO CNC.

How in h%ll could I have gotten to the password area without having the stupid authorization code in the first place???

It doesn't sound like you changed an email password, because if you do it doesn't ask you to "reauthorize".

If you used the link "Password" in the top menu of the CNC that password link changes the password to the CNC (not an email password). When you use that link it does log you out and then ask you to reauthorize (because you have just changed the CNC password). To re-enter the CNC try using the password you just entered into the form.

If this doesn't resolve your issue and you still cannot access your CNC, then you can reset the CNC password using this Lost Password form:

PS: The CNC Email Manager is where you will want to be to reset a password for an email address on your domain:

After entering the CNC, click on the Email Manager link.

Next, click on the username of the email account for which you have forgotten the password.

On the "Mailbox Properties" screen, click the Change Password button.

Then, enter your new password twice and click the Save Changes button.

Now you can check your mail using the new password!

Important note: Remember to update your email client with the new password.
