Outlook 2007 - adding an old address book

My old address book has a .wab extension. Two questions:

-how do I convert it to one Outlook 2007 can read

-how do I find out where the file is on my new computer? The new configurations make it very difficult to locate any files because the system folders aren't displayed

You use File->Import, Internet Mail & Addresses, Outlook Express. The address book is in \Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book. Outlook 2007 should find it automatically.
