FTP and CNC login fails

Error: Can't connect to system database (connection error).

Hello,

As I replied to your ticket to the Service Desk there was a hiccup with the Authentication databases which was already corrected when the ticket was received a few minutes before this was posted.

I was able to access your CNC without problem at the same time.
