When FQ suggested we check our emails carefully while they are upgrading Spam Assassin, I thought I might take the opportunity to bump all of my six domains up to the 1.1, most stringent, level of filtering since I would be monitoring carefully to catch any mis-labeling. Then I set up a {*spam*} folder in my email folder so it would be easy to review, and here's what I want to offer: Don't know what you are doing, FQ, but even at 1.1 there have been ZERO mistakes on spam so far, so keep doin' it!

Wow. That is an amazingly low SA required hits score. It's great that it is working for you, but I must say I am amazed you haven't seen any false positives.
As for what FutureQuest is doing...we're just using the default for the most recent SpamAssassin at this time...(upgrades to rulesets pending)...

Well, sorry to report that this morning I did get a false positive--but that's one out of several hundred, still an amazing record considering I set everything at 1.1. The reason given was mixed HTML and text, and that IS much more typical of spam than of normal email.
So, if it ain't what FQ is doing, then kudos for Spam Assassin. Nothing else I've used (lots!) is that accurate.
