Attempting to attach FormMail form to my web site. I am using the Instant FormMail Generator to create it by copying and pasting text provided by FutureQuest. It appears on my web page only as a dotted outlined Table.

We would need a URL where we can see your form online to try and see what issues you may be having.

Note that i took a quick look at your site and many of the links in the lower left hand corner of your index file are links to addresses located on your local computer and as a result do not work for anyone else.

As I dont see my reply posted, it evidently got lost in the transmission.
I believe that perhaps you are not aware that the links you are looking at in my index file are moved from there to NVU page construction where additional address nomenclature is added prior to being uploaded and sent to FTP7Home file.
I was trying to add "Form Mail Form" to my "Reciprocal Links" page which I have under construction. reciprocallinks.html
On this page is the dotted outline table that I make reference to as the Form Mail Form.
At this moment I am engrossed in more problems with Globalscape
CuteFTP Home 7 being that NVU can not open Output File. Therefore; I can not get on line.
Suggest we hold off on Form Mail Form problem until I can resolve trying to publish my other pages.
