Help in filling out FutureQuest info on a software form

Hello everyone,

I need help in filling out the following FutureQuest information in order to use a software I had just purchased:

FTP Host: xdansbanners-dbanners

Port: 1025

username: dbanners

password:

directory: /big/dom/xdansbanners/www

Is the above info correct ? Something is making the software not to work ?

Please advise. I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

The FTP Host would be your domain name.
Port would be 21 unless it is referring to something other than FTP there.
