First and foremost, thank you. Over the years I have had nothingbut excellent, prompt and informative service from the various people I have had the pleasure to deal at FQ. The service is not onerously priced and is extremely reliable.
Now, the odd suggestion. As I was setting up what I think is my 14th site through FQ yesterday I was thinking about the almost ten years I've been with FQ. I'm an affiliate now (for about the last six months or so) but I haven't really seen a big benefit from that. Maybe it's hidden. Maybe you should be more prominently make your affiliates aware of what they are getting, as they get it. And then I thought about my clients and what I do try to do for them, in addition to the high level of service I offer, to reinforce with them that I do care and their business is important to me. And I thought, why doesn't FQ do something to recognize long term customers?
I have no idea how many FQ customers there are. I am sure that I am just the proverbial drop in the bucket. However, I always, and I mean, always, recommend FQ. All but one of my clients use FQ. And while the main reason has nothing to do with recognition, still, it's nice to know you're loved once in awhile.
Hell, I'd be happy with a fridge magnet that said "thanks for ten years" or something inane like that.
Look, the point isn't that you should be wasting money on useless tchakes to make your customers feel loved. But something would be cool. I leave that thought with you. You already do the all the important stuff right, how do you go beyond that and make it even better?
And thanks again, for all you do.
