It appears that a drive is starting to fail on the HANNA server and will require replacement.

The server required another power cycle and was been returned to full service. A technician is on their way to the data center at this time to swap out the drive that is failing.

We will post again once that work is about to begin.

We are preparing to take the HANNA server offline for the drive replacment at this time.

Downtime is expected to be less than 15 minutes and as soon as all is returned to full service we will post again.

HANNA is suffering from an intermittent I/O hang that we are currently investigating... :(

I will be trying a technique that has found some success on the Enigma class servers and hopefully will work on HANNA as well...

This technique will require a controlled reboot once the preparatory is completed...

Is this the same I/O problem that affected RASMUS? If so, can you implement the fix on RASMUS if it fixes the problem on HANNA? Thanks, Matt
