Mach5 Faststats issue

Hello:

I know that there are several in here that are using Mach5's Faststats.

If you are having problems with the software locking up right now, it is because the mach5 server is down.

I have been trying to figure this out all morning, and then I went to look for a possible solution at their website, to find that it was down. I then went to my router log file, and discovered that Faststats contacts the mach5 server every time you run a report (for what, I don't know).

I assume that as soon as the mach5 server is reachable again, that the program will start working again.

I'm using Version 3.14 and am not having that problem today and have never had that problem.

I am running version 4.1.5 and the Mach5 site was down for several hours this morning (and a rackspace server at that - I don't recall FQ ever haveing a server down for hours :yeah: ).

As soon as I saw that the Mach5 web site was back online, I tried running Faststats again, and it worked like a charm. So I have to believe that the problem was related to the software not being able to connect to the Mach5 web site. Maybe this is something in the newer version that isn't in the older version?

Anyway, just something to keep in mind.
