I just wanted to thank you for your professionalism. I just came from registerfly.com, where i purchased a site 10 days ago (and it never quite worked! can you believe that?) and finally asked them for a refund...what a joke! i doubt they will give me a refund :(
Coming over here was like night and day for me. I was up and running instantly it seemed. I haven't had any problems (except for the spider rate control -- i am trying to run CSLH Live Help) so far. The only comment I would have is that the bandwidth limits seem a bit low (and that the extra bandwidth cost shouldn't be more than the cost of purchasing the next package?? what if i just want more bandwidth, but nothing else? i shouldn't be penalized for that).
Other than that, my site is super fast, php/mysql blazing trails right now. the ping times are great, and the service is amazing.
