Calendar of sorts...

I would like to have created a calendar or bulletin board (not sure what), that will enable our 12 or so number of B and Bs in the Haliburton Highlands, to individually be able to go on-line to list the the following:
- dates we are full
- dates we have vacancies
- type of accommodation (twin, double, queen, - shared bath, en suite, etc.

It is not necessary to have "boxes" to tick, form to fill out, etc. Text format is just fine.

It would be nice to have in some kind of orderly format so we would not have to read through entirely to see who has a vacancy for a specific date.

The primary idea is if a B&B receives a e-mail or phone call to enquire about vacancies for specific dates, we want to be able to quickly find who have vacancies, with the requirements of the caller.

Hi TVB,

I went to the site and browsed around. That could work for us. I like the look of it and may put their calendar on our own site.

The way we do it now is we send out emails on a weekly basis, which means we have to print them out and keep track of a lot of sheets of paper. I'm constantly running around the house looking for the latest posts from each member. It's a real pain.
