No, not the kind you hook up to your computer...:P

I'm shopping for a printer to do some full color postcards. Full color on one side, and probably blank on the other for customization. They are for an awareness event we are planning that is being done by different orgs around the world so I'm thinking of leaving the reverse blank that people can customize...maybe something like a fill in the blank invitation, but maybe not. Either way, the reverse side will probably be text only.

I also have a second job that will be tri-fold brochures.

If you are in the print business, I can send specs for the postcards (I should have the artwork within the next couple of weeks).

Likewise, if you have a printer you can't live without, please let me know who they are.

Betsy - you're probably better off finding someone local to do this otherwise the shipping charge will likely add quite a bit to the order.

Do you have a local assoc. of non profits, or maybe a Chamber of Commerce? They might be a good place to ask about local printers, if you decide to go that route.

In my experience, the shipping hasn't been that much. Until now, I've used a printer in the Albany area but after the last job, I wasn't pleased with them (there were some color issues---I guess they got lazy thinking we were repeat customers) and want to shop around for a new one.
