This post is actually 2 separate questions:

1. Does one have to become a QuestAffiliate in order to get a referral commission? Or can I just tell my friend about FQ and have him give my domain name when he signs up so FQ can credit me the $20?

2. The Grant of Licenses section of the QuestAffiliate Agreement says:You grant to us a non-exclusive right to utilize your names, titles, and logos in the advertising, marketing, promoting, and publicizing in any manner within our rights under this Agreement. However, FutureQuest is under no obligation to so advertise, market, promote, or publicize. What if I don't want my name or website to be advertised or promoted anywhere? Are QuestAffiliates required to allow such promotion of their sites? I realize most people would like their sites to be promoted, but I'm not "most people". =)

Thanks for your consideration.

Hello,

1) To receive a referral credit, you would in fact need to register for the FutureQuest affiliate program, and utilize the links provided in your affiliate login section once registered as a means of referring people to FutureQuest (To ensure the sale is recorded).

2) As a rule this clause is needed to ensure uniformity amongst all affiliates. If you have a specific objection to this clause, feel free to email us at Service@FutureQuest.net and we will review it.

To signup for the FutureQuest affiliate program please see http://www.QuestAffiliates.com
