Hi, I'm looking for more contract work. I've specialized in Perl/PHP/MySQL web development the past few years, if you include the year I spent as a Perl Developer at Walmart.com. I've done quite a few completely custom web applications, doing both the front end interface and the backend database design.
I've recently updated my web portfolio to include projects I've worked on the past year. It's at http://chicodigital.com/portfolio.html. I'm charging remote clients $40/hour, but I've very conservative about what I actually bill, and I will consider fixed quotes on small or well-defined projects. I've done well through repeat business with a small number of clients, and want to continue to grow my base of clients at a sustainable rate.
