if i don't create pop email account - just the forward in CNC to another address the emails sent to that address don't take space on my account or use the bandwidth... am i right?

Hello Velimir,

That is true. However, don't forget to set the shell account to forward, also, in that case. By default the shell email account is set up as a POP account. Also, pay attention to the catch-all feature. Either turn it off, or set it to forward as well.

Otherwise, if you overlook those two accounts, you may end up collecting mail that takes up disk space without realizing it.

ok thanx... i understand but this is OK. i want to have a few pop accounts, but as we are non profit organisation and people are working in different companies, i want them to be able to check their email with the address they are usually using and also not occupy my disk space ;)
