EZMLM Terms and Conditions

I would like clarification on the Mailing list clause of the Terms and Conditions - which somewhat indicates the maximum amount of emails allowed to be sent at a particular instance.
I will be in the process of setting up EZMLM to house an extremely large number of subscribers (around 20 thousand and growing) and would like to find out definitively.
What are the restrictions for EZMLM software utilization and what is the maximum subscribers allowed for an ezmlm maillist?

As noted within the FutureQuest TOS: http://www.FutureQuest.net/Services/TOS/
"If your mailing list exceeds 1,500 addresses you should contact FutureQuest requesting permission to send the mailing through the FutureQuest servers prior to sending any messages."
These are handled on a case by case basis and you do need to send the request to Service@FutureQuest.net with the specifics of your list, frequency, times and such for determination.
