Build your resume, a link for potential employers to see your work in action, an interesting volunteer line on your resume, and a professional reference...

I'd like to look at redesigning our front page. Right now it is a very simple mostly html page but it doesn't integrate well with the rest of our site. I would also like it to be more interactive.

We don't have any particular requirements other than it somehow has to include the picture that is on there and the portals we have listed. If it could intergrate with the main logo on the templates it you'll get extra points for when we make a decision to have someone, maybe you, do it. The only true requirements we have is that you have fun with it and while doing it. It also can't be too big, as we are an international organization with many slow dialups finding us.

Due the subject matter, you shouldn't have any hangups about sexual issues. I'm pretty easy to deal with (unless it is Terra on a theoritical issue like the 1st amendment or something:P ---Happy belated Admin AA day--or whatever the card should say--to Terra and to all of FQ for the great support here) so you while you'll get some guidance and constructive criticism, you won't get nasty feedback or meddling. I figure I know my stuff, and you know yours; they don't necessarily overlap

The page in question:

Bodies Like Ours (http://www.bodieslikeours.org)

If you can come up something, it has the possibility of turning into some contract paid work in the future (especially if you know database stuff) The front page though, is strictly on a volunteer basis.

We are a recognized non-profit organization so you can use the link as a volunteer reference and possibly your time as a write-off or use it as a public service commitment with your employer if your company does that. Some I have worked for in the past would actually give you a days pay to do something like this. Ask your employer if they offer that.

We get about 350-400 visitors a day, but that is expected to go up soon.

Contact me using the private message function for further information or you can call us at 908-832-7755.

I'd like to see basic ideas and a resume from the outset so we don't waste eachothers time in any way. Your time is important, and so is mine and I despise b**** circle turning. The ideas don't necessarily have to be online, but we can set up a folder somewhere if necessary for you to work in. For the initial idea, I would really recommend crayolas.

Happy trails,
