Hello -
I need some development support for prototyping a database. Specific help required for the current assignment in the following areas:
- Advice on structure of tables & overall normalization
- Build relational connections between two or more tables
- Build specified queries of one or more tables & presentation of results
- Define error handling & security issues & build appropriate safeguards.
Tables are already built or easily built by us. Tables are currently searchable using PHPmyEdit to indicate types of search required, but extensive re-building or re-tailoring likely will be required. In future, there will need to be support for controlled access, access purchase etc.
Developer must be very well grounded in db theory and practice and have extensive (My)SQL development experience. Three recent and applicable references are essential. Preference will be given to FQ site owners; or those who have helped other FQ site owners. Send your background and experience to me & I will contact a short list.
