We have come to the conclusion that most of our customers are using our site as a catalog. As such we are going to remove our store and replace it with an image heavy, user friendly catalog. The site is hosted at FQ.

What we have in mind is using a database that will include a short description, long description, sizes, costs, sell prices, weights and vendors. Each item will have two images related to it, a thumbnail and a full size image. We expect to have 500 to 750 items in the catalog at any one time. We will update roughly once per month, with a major update each February.

We want to use the same database to create three things: two versions of a price list, the item pages for our web page and a CD version of the catalog to send to customers upon request.

We will do all the day to day work on both the database and the site. We need help in determining the best way to do the above, what to use to make it reliable and workable and your expertise to set it up. Everything we do is on Windows and the graphics and web page are all Adobe edited.

If this is of interest to you, you have the expertise to make it happen and can deal with your client wanting to know the how and why of the system, please contact us. E-mail is great, you can call Greg toll-free at 1-888-244-6955 in the US or give me a number and time and I'll call you. Yes, we expect to pay for your expertise, knowledge and time.http://www.seeetch.com
