This is probably under a FAQ somewhere, but if it is, I can't find it...

I set up my email in Outlook Express. I set everything up right, and it worked for a while. All of a sudden when I try to access my email, it asks for an account name and password (which are already entered). I hit ok. The message disappears for a second, then reappears. No matter how many times I hit the stupid thing, it keeps reappearing.

I diidn't change any settings before it happened, I don't know what caused it. Any thoughts?

This is my only email account. I can send mail just fine (I think, I'm not 100% sure that it gets through), and I can't recieve mail at all. So you'll have to post the solution here, if it's on my end...

What domain name are you associated with? I can't find your email address in our database...

Sorry, I haven't used this username in a long long time :)

It's eeosolutions.com

My non-functional email address is chris@eeosolutions.com

A few of our addresses have had this problem in the past, but only intermittently...

Please contact Service@FutureQuest.net, as we will not discuss certain things in a public forum (certainly you have another email address you can use)...

Another option is to visit http://Service.FutureQuest.net/ and use the web based options (Personal Assistance).
