To request an MX (mail exchange) Record change, visit QuestAdmin with the needed information and FutureQuest® will implement the changes.
If you haven't created a QuestAdmin login, you will need to do that first. Just click the Create Login tab from the QuestAdmin link above.
The order form will allow you to specify a CNAME if the mail service you're using requires one.
Any special instructions should be placed within the "Additional Comments" section of the order form.
Note: Once you change the MX Records so that another server is handling your email, FutureQuest® is no longer able to provide support for the email services for the domain as we are no longer controlling them. If you experience problems with an email account where the MX Records have been changed, you will need to contact the technical support department of the servers that are handling the email. Changing your MX record affects all of the email services for your domain, including QuestMail and ezmlm.
